We first came into contact with Jordan Construction Ltd, when they won the tender to fit- out the first Nando’s store in Christchurch.

Not knowing what to expect on our first meeting with them, and with the pressure of the store being the first in the South Island and potentially the “flag-ship” store in the future we came away knowing that the right firm had been selected to do the job.

From the outset of the whole fit-out process which lasted two and a half months, dealing with Jordan Construction Ltd was never a problem. As with most construction projects there were many issues that we encountered in the fit-out, from architectural plans missing something to delay’s getting consent’s. Jordan Construction Ltd were able to rectify most issues, and if they couldn’t they were able to find an alternative solution to the problem.

Daily site visits by us were welcomed by them and on each occasion a quick report on the progress was usually given to us. Further into the fit-out it became a pleasure to go down and see an empty shell being transformed into the first Nando’s restaurant in Christchurch.

Jordan Construction Ltd managed to complete the fit-out one week prior to our scheduled opening day, which in construction terms is usually unheard off. This proved to be a godsend as it gave us an extra week of staff training and general procedural checks that were needed.

Since that fit-out we have used Jordan Construction in other numerous projects in other business’s and have found them to maintain the same level of quality. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody looking for shop-fitters.

If you need any further recommendation, you only need to drive down to our store in Beckenham and take a look yourself. Without a doubt we have the best looking Nando’s store in New Zealand, which is a comment we get regularly from our customers.

Hanafins Photo Stores Ltd operates ten retail camera stores throughout the South Island of New Zealand. Our stores are all Premium Photo Stores where our processing and merchandising is the most expensive amongst our many competitors.

Jordan Construction is a key ingredient in our success, providing excellent shop fits that exceeds the expectations of our customers, mall management and ourselves.

Gerard Jordan maintains a team of committed professionals to produce the quality of fixtures and fittings in the required time frame.
